Eco-anxiety refers to a fear of environmental damage or ecological disaster. This sense of anxiety is largely based on the current and predicted future state of the environment and human-induced climate change.

Sharing Circle

Weekly sharing circle, a sacred sharing and listening space to learn deeply from each other, inspire each other, as well as collectively joyfully progress in our practice.

Going Deeper Smaller Groups & Learning Across Groups

Second week onwards, each of you would be choosing one of the five elements (Water, Earth, Fire, Space, Air) and for the next 3 weeks, you would be staying with that element, relating to it, developing a conscious relationship with it, learn to save it, nurture it, honour it through everyday practices for sustainable living. Each element will have its own group, for rich in-depth sharing, as well as the groups will be sharing with each other for cross-learning and interchange.

Task of the Day

Receive a very simple task of the day with a boost of motivation from the community, and keep taking small steps towards your goal.

Working with One Nature Element

Participants will be grouped in themes from the second week onwards and would be practicing around one of these 5 themes: Water, Earth, Fire, Space, Air. Each one will choose one theme and go deep into it through weekly practices, impacting self, family and community.

    "I have been working in the field of Sustainability at the convergence of Livelihoods, Menstrual Health, Tourism, Zero Waste Lifestyle and Alternative Economy since four years. At an external level, I come alive when I get to work with grassroots communities while within what moves me very easily is just a look of a flower, observing insects, being close to nature elements, travelling and living an experimental, curiosity filled life wherein I can measure my growth as a human being and evolve to be better while meeting and creating tribes of eco-conscious humans. And that's why I built this practice lab so that I am more connected to what makes me bloom. 
Nature is beautiful, and powerful and can protect herself. 
We do not need to save nature. 
We need to tune ourselves with Nature.
Kabita is an absolutely inspiring person. There is something very charming, very beautiful about her. Frequently Asked Questions

Yes it is absolutely compulsory to attend the hour long live sessions as we would not be recording it. In case you miss one for emergency reasons, you could connect to your sangha partner of the week. We would want you to attend all the five sessions for best impact.
Every Wednesdays starting from 6:30 till 7:30 pm 
Yes, you will have specific tasks to accomplish everyday and share that on the common group. Daily practice would not take more than 20-30 minutes daily.
